3. Account Registration and Security

5.3 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.

5.4 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@formidable.me within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewal payments or after 30 days from the original purchase date.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely secure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the Cayman Islands, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
